'The ambiance is super. But the service is pore. When you are sitting on the terrace there is nobody who serves drinks you have to go inside by yourself. The waiter was perfectly dressed but the women and girls who serve breakfast oh my god they wear sneakers all stars and nikes, the women looked like a cleaning lady and that is a pitty when you have such a nice hotel where every room is do nicely styled.'

'This little apartment was a great jumping off point for our weekend in the Mosel Valley. We were able to park in front of the hotel at night for free with the blue parking ring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Soap in the shower, extra bathmats for the bathroom floor (there is no door on the shower so water splashes around), in addition to a small vacuum (the clean freak in me was thrilled) and a tablet with information about the hotel and area. 'Die unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, die wände sind dünn und man hört die zimmernachbarn leider durch. Nino der Zuständige vor ort war super und sehr bemüht. Das war top. Schön ist es, dass es eine Küche gibt und man auch selbst kochen konnte. Es war alles in allem ok. Die Lage ist eins A und wer es nicht astrein braucht für den ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. '
