'Very clean and a great location for short walk to beach! This was our first time in St. Simon’s Island, and we would definitely book this property again!'

'While we enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was great, we did encounter a couple issues. The third floor had a moisture problem, which was evident in the tiny amounts of mold inside the wood cabinets. But this may just be standard for homes close to the beach, I’m not sure. The water went out the day before we left. The owner thanked us for letting them know, and said they’d call their plumber. But that still left us without the ability to take showers. 'Perfectly located on the corner of a quiet street. Easily walked to restaurants, shops, pool, ocean. The house had all the amenities, beautiful pictures of local scenes, interesting books, games. Our family of four had the best time.'

'Great communication, easy to get to and check in. The location is great!! 5 min or less drive to the beach. Looks like the complex has been doing updates and it looks great. The pool area was awesome for our family. It’s shaded with other games to play as well. It was across the street from the airport but that did not bother us at all. The air traffic was very minimal and more during the day anyways when we were down at the beach! We will definitely be coming back here for our visits with our...

'We loved the house and the location. There was plenty of space/beds making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great! I had difficulty getting a hold of the management company. And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. '
