'Lovely spacious clean rooms with very comfortable futon beds and a great shower . Great location for the station and day trips . Lovely bonus of free teas , coffees , beers and wine . Nishiki , shopping etc 20 min walk , Gion 40 mins or quick taxi ride . We would have liked a casual dining option for evenings after long days and some sweet treats along with the coffee would have been nice .'
