'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. 'Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. To make it more convenient, it would have been nice if they had a few more items in the suite like a iron/ironing board, which is usually in hotel...

'Prima locatie! Slechts op 2 metrohaltes verwijderd van Fushimi Inari Taisha en Gion-Shi. Met hoge zomerse temperaturen ramen en rolluiken dicht gehouden (treingeluid nagenoeg daardoor niet gehoord). Aanwezige airco was top (was alleen bij aankomst uit en rolluiken en gordijnen waren open, waardoor het lang duurde voordat de ruimte gekoeld was). 'Very convenient location; a 5-minute walk to train station. The small bathroom had a very inadequate shower curtain. The dining options in the immediate neighbourhood are limited.'

'This location is at a peaceful part of Kyoto. The train nearby wasn't too loud contrary to other reviews. In the mornings, it does get very bright in the bedroom though. Some parts of the building was also a bit dusty However, it is very spacious for 2 people. The washing machine and dryer was also very convenient and a life saver at times. The amenities provided were also very good.'
