"Prima hotel op 1 halte met de metro van Kyoto Main station. De metro is op 4 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. Ook gaan er diverse bussen. In het hotel zijn diverse restaurants en zijn prima betaalbaar en van goede kwaliteit. "

"Een hotel dichtbij het station. Kamers voor het oog schoon maar bij het openen van de kast dwarrelde het stof naar beneden. In 1 kamer werkte de airco niet goed maar een kamerwisseling was niet mogelijk. Voor het zwembad en de fitness moet je extra betalen."

"This hotel cleans once every three days. On the third day I came back after a long day in the burning sun. My room wasnt cleaned, even though I was assured by a worker in this hotel that my room would be cleaned. It took 5 calls with staff to come op with some 'solutions'. The first solution was that I should move to another room. I was tired after a long day and I had alot of stuff in my room. I didnt have energy nor the time for this. The second solution was that they would 'clean' my room. This would take 30 minutes. I had to move out, completely exhausted, to come back to a room that wasnt even properly cleaned. They didnt even offer me ANY compensation for the inconvenience. No breakfast, no money back nothing. I spent the entire week in APA hotels, first in Osaka and then in Kyoto. Never again!"

"Nice hotel with a beautiful onsen at the lobby. Nice restaurants and lobby. Very friendly staff. Two times a hour Free shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station. Nicely spacious room. Clean bathroom. Beautiful hotel. "
