'Our room was very close to the lobby. We could hear the noise from the lobby as though it was right outside our door. They played music from 7:30 a.m. right through until about 11:00p.m. This was quite annoying at times and made it difficult to sleep during these times. They really need to fix this issue by installing sound reducing doors.'

The only thing was the room was very dark and had no balcony. It was on the ground with only a window , not even a sliding door. It felt very clastiphobic . 'We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility '

'This was my introduction to an all inclusive vacation in Mexico, so I have little to compare it to. Our room was large and clean with a comfy bed and dual sinks in the bathroom. Hot water was not always available, but not a huge issue.
The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the local wildlife (raccoons, cats, iguanas) that hung out near the pools sometimes.

'Mainly stayed in the resort and did the Boat tour and the Port was very close so made it very convenient!
Recommend going to Los Arcos and Colomitos beach - but snorkeling in March was not great!
Air conditioning was good and the all inclusive Bar options were great! The pool was water was lukewarm to warm so was a different experience and definitely bring a tumbler with you as the drinks stay cooler or the plastic cups were filmsy and ice melted fast!
