I have used Expedia for countless trips, this is the first VIP Acess resort that actually provided me with a room upgrade, and for that reason, I am grateful and they have my family’s loyalty! 'It was so clean and Beautiful. I did pay for ocean view, didn’t get that. There was trees in the way, when I asked to get moved they claimed it was fully booked. There was no way it was booked, there was only a handful of people on the property. '
