'A clean modern condo with 1 king and 1 queen, in a pretty quiet complex that seems that some units are probably rented out and some are only used by family and friends. There were always multiple security guards and we saw them far more often than we did any other guests.This unit has its own hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean across the parking lot, and so you are pretty close to the ocean. There is a fancy house between you and the ocean view, but you can still see waves and water....

'When the add states ¨peace and calm of the jungle¨ and the freeway noise in extremely loud, there is a problem. In addition, the street in front of the condo in the only way tourist buses and delivery trucks and vans can have access to Grand Sirenis resort. All day long, it is trucks, buses, vans and motorcycle noise. It never stops. It was advertised ¨access to the Wellness center and the Beach Club¨ but they forgot to mention that it costs 300 pesos a day for the gym and about 1,900 pesos for...

'Amazing!!! We stayed 2 weeks in this apartment/condo and we have nothing but rave reviews about this property and our gracious hosts. The place is just as pictured. Clean, comfortable, quiet and the perfect proximity to all the amenities.Our hosts were second to none. Always available and extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.We were so sad to leave, but so excited to go back.Highly recommend.'

'Our property had an ocean view and we were very close to the beach and the beach club. It was perfect for us and we stayed for 4 weeks. It was well stocked with water upon arrival. There was also coffee and toilet paper. All of which allowed us to rest upon arrival and not have to run to the store right away. It was very quiet and there were nice pools on the property. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.'
