'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. 'There is hair on my bed sheets that is not mine. The place is old and basic with a lot of mosquitoes and a dead cockroach. Room is dim and aircon is not cold. The link from the booking is also wrong. There is no “boutique” word on the actual site so it’s quite confusing. Oh yes, the band next door played till past 11pm!'
