'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...

'The room looks nice at first and has enough for a place to stay and sleep but there was 2 cockroaches that came during our 3 day stay but the area is a good spot . It’s nice to stay and sleep and located near a 7/11 and good area but be aware of bugs'

'La habitación es muy pequeña, pero es funcional, la limpieza no es muy buena, cuando yo llegue no había nadie que abriera, gracias a otro huésped pude acceder a la recepción, en la recepción no había nadie, me atendió una persona que trabaja en una oficina que está ahí pero no es del negocio, mi calificación es de regular a malo'
