Comfort, gemak en uitstekende locatie!

Dit comfortabele huis is handig voor zoveel van wat Albuquerque te bieden heeft. Of het nu gaat om een korte reis of een langer verblijf, u zult een privé, rustige ruimte in het hart van dit alles hebben!

Het ligt op loopafstand van Nob Hill en de Universiteit van New Mexico, en op slechts enkele minuten van de luchthaven, KAFB, Sandia National Labs, de VA, Presbyterian Hospital, sportstadions en het centrum. Toegang tot I-25 is snel en gemakkelijk! Er is een handige busroute en de nabijgelegen straten hebben fietspaden en gemakkelijke toegang tot het wegennet.

Het populaire Hyder Park ligt aan het einde van de straat en staat bekend om zijn smakelijke dinsdagen met 's avonds muziek, gratis yoga, verkopers en foodtrucks - het is een geweldig familie-evenement. Ernie Pyle bibliotheek ligt om de hoek. Ondanks dat het centraal gelegen is, is het een rustige, vredige, vriendelijke en veilige buurt. We houden ervan!

De woning heeft 2 slaapkamers met queen size bedden en voldoende kast- en bergruimte in elke kamer. Linnengoed zijn aanwezig. Er is een strijkplank en strijkijzer in de gangkast. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar. De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank met linnengoed, een 50-inch smart-tv met Netflix en HBO, en spelletjes en boeken. Er is een groot bureau in het kantoorgedeelte dat perfect is als u wat werk moet verzetten.

U wilt de volledig uitgeruste keuken gebruiken om te genieten van een lichte, luchtige eetkamer of om buiten te eten op de eigen binnenplaats aan de achterzijde. We hebben een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat en zorgen voor koffie en thee voor onze gasten. Voel je vrij om de fles wijn te drinken! Er is servies en bestek voor 8 personen.

De complete badkamer heeft een ligbad en er is een extra halve badkamer. Wij bieden handdoeken, föhn, shampoo, conditioner en zeep. U kunt de wasmachine en droger in de kelder gebruiken, samen met onze was- en droogvellen.

Het huis heeft gekoelde airconditioning om u koel te houden in de zomer en centrale verwarming om u warm te houden in de winter.

Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis en de tuin, met uitzondering van de bijgevoegde schoonmoeder, een aparte vermelding met een eigen ingang en een aparte tuin. Het huis heeft toetsenbordtoegang op de voordeur; de code wordt op de ochtend van inchecken verstrekt. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren op de oprit of op straat.

Furnace filter was very dirty and not cleaned in a long time. No hand rail on stairs to basement where washer and dryer located. Heating system functioned improperly and was noisy.

Nice place but not super clean

Staying at this house was very convenient and a great price. Very spacious and everything provided! Lots of extra things around the house at our disposal which was much appreciated. The only thing that wasn’t great was the cleanliness of the house. It was very tidy and neat but you could tell it was very dusty. Our allergies were terrible in the morning because of the dust. Also- not pictured, laundry/storage in unfinished basement which came as a surprise behind a staircase with curtains. Property manager was very responsive and nice!

Great house

This house really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was a great location for us to enjoy the Flamenco Festival at the University. Close to the airport and the University with easy drive to Old Town and the Sandias. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Casita

This is the second time we have stayed in Evan's rental, and once again, it was a rewarding visit. His well-equipped house has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay and the second half-bath off the large dining room is an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet, homey, and perfect for walking with a lovely park (Hyder) just a block away. A short drive away, you'll find a food co-op for groceries and pre-made meals, coffee shops, restaurants, and an array of interesting shops. Evan's place is close to the university campus as well as our favorite New Mexican restaurant - El Patio de Albuquerque. Thanks, Evan, for another memorable visit to the Land of Enchantment.

Albuquerque Stay

Nice and comfortable home. We had a small problem with toilet and host responded immediately and fixed problem. The home had everything we needed and more. The floors were squeaky, but it is an older home. I would recommend this home to everyone visiting the Albuquerque area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location

Everything we needed was there & great space & very convenient (if you have a car) to locations in nob Hill. My only complaint is that the floors were very squeaky in bedrooms & bedroom door sticks so there's no way to possibly go to the restroom or leave or come into the bedroom at night without waking up the other person. Tiptoe doesn't work. It's part of an old house & we accepted it. It's not an easy fix so just be aware if you're sharing a room, unless you sleep very very deeply you'll be woken up if the other person leaves or comes in. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

Lovely, quiet home in nice neighborhood. Convenient to downtown, airport, transportation, shopping. Good walking with mountain views. It was easy to get to family for visits and to Santa Fe and wherever we wanted to go. Some of us did the hot air balloons one beautiful morning! Comfortable Home and Quaint Neighborhood

The home is exactly as pictured. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the provisions necessary. Another big plus was having having one and a half bathrooms. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the outside patio and my husband made use of the desk area as he had to get some work done. We had a lovely stay!

Nice little house

I really appreciate that the kitchen was well equipped and had some common items on hand. That was super helpful. The house is nice, conveniently located, and is as advertised. The price is good. There is a back patio with a table and chairs under a shade tree. We enjoyed eating out there. There is also a small gravel fenced back yard area that is nice if you have small children who would like to play outside. The neighbors that I saw all seemed liked nice people. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

We were on a business trip for several days. Tgis home was very comfortable and well stocked with the basics - down to washing machine and dryer. The work space for remote work was spacious as well as comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. This is definitely a home away from home. So much better than a hotel room. The host was very responsive and a great communicator. We had a wonderful stay!
