Prachtige UNM / Nob Hill Charmer

Dit prachtige huis met 3 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers biedt een luxe thuis weg van huis. De voor- en achtertuin zijn beide prachtig aangelegd. De voortuin biedt een binnenplaats met een ontspannend terras-zitgedeelte met een bubbelend rotswater, genesteld achter op maat gemaakte poorten. De achtertuin is een afgelegen, prachtig aangelegde tuin met een stenen terras met een grote zithoek met twee grote parasols en een grote tafel met een ingebouwde gashaard. Een 5-pits gasgrill is beschikbaar om een bbq-diner buiten een must te maken.
Voorzieningen zijn onder andere gratis high speed internet, 3 flatscreen high-definition smart-tv's, traagschuim kinderbed voor een extra gast, wieg en kinderstoel beschikbaar indien nodig, verschillende populaire bordspellen zijn aanwezig, dvd-speler, Kiva gas open haard in de slaapkamer en addl gashaard in de woonkamer, maïskolfspel voor de achtertuin.

The VRBO was perfect for our group! The whole home is completely stocked with anything you could need, from board games and a popcorn machine to cots and playpens. The pictures do not do the home justice, it is an absolutely beautiful home! The garden courtyard is lovely and very peaceful for morning coffee or any little break. We loved watching the little finches bathe in the fountain by the window. The location is central to the rest of the city, making it a quick trip to restaurants, shopping, UNM, Sandia Casino, downtown - truly anywhere in the city. We were also close to several grocery stores when we needed to stock up. Additionally, there was ample parking at the VRBO, which accommodated our group’s large cargo van, SUV, and truck. John and Michelle were helpful and courteous, and we would love to stay there again. 5-stars!

Fantastic Stay

This home and its neighborhood are just lovely. The hosts have thought of everything, so many thoughtful touches, the home is spotless, and the location is close to UNM. The front yard is like a little oasis of peace. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Family Reunion

On the first day, we explored several places in the Old Town Plaza area. On the second day, we visited and hung out in the home. We had a delicious home-made dinner with all helping out. It was a memorable vacation that we will cherish for years to come. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again if the opportunity arises. Property owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Amazing Property, Service & Amenities!

Look no further. This property has EVERYTHING. The house is extremely well located in a safe neighbourhood & close to everything. The owners have meticulously maintained the home & literally provide every convenience you require & need to feel at home. The Kitchen was stocked with snacks in a lovely welcome basket, paper towels, dish & dishwasher detergent, condiments, Keurig coffee maker w/many different types of coffees, bottled water, etc etc etc. Clear/complete instructions on the home and the policies for the rental. We had a minute issue with an electrical outlet & the owners responded within a few minutes in person & had the outlet repaired immediately. The service was outstanding!!! We will definitely rent here again when returning to Albuquerque. Thanks again Michelle & John for letting us enjoy your home!

Perfect

We’ve stayed in and around Albuquerque including this neighborhood. This home was perfect for a spring break trip with parents, college age kids and high school age kids. The location was ideal. The hosts thought of everything and more. A fully appointed kitchen along with lots of space indoors and out for lounging and relaxing.

Winter Getaway

The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and well cared for. There was even a welcome basket with snack and treats that were all New Mexico themed. The kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget, cookware and bakeware item that you may need. In addition, a very comprehensive binder with area sights and restaurants to visit was nice to have as a resource. Would definitely stay here if visiting New Mexico; highly recommend.

Lovely stay

This place and location was perfect for our family of four. It was so nice to have some local treats upon arrival and our kiddos found the chocolates right away. The yard is relaxing and the property well equipped with kitchen items, games, and other things you might need but forgot to pack. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is great, and the owners genuinely want to know when something is not functioning or missing. Highly recommend and hope we can return to this property.

Top Shelf Christmas Vacation Memories in ABQ

This home is exquisitely appointed with artwork, open concept kitchen has huge island as well as everything we needed. The living room overlooks a courtyard with two lovely water features. The backyard is tricked out with a large table/fire pit, grill, patio furniture and yard games. The beds are so comfortable, with bathrooms and bedrooms beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. A lit Christmas tree and a welcome basket of local treats awaited us upon our Christmas eve arrival. Washer and dryer seemed brand new. The owners were quick to respond. We were truly in awe with this home. It is a true gem and we would absolutely stay here again. It was a perfect home away from home and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for a lovely, memorable Christmas vacation in Albuquerque.

We loved this VRBO for our visit with our son. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the appearance of the property is beautiful inside and out, with all the amenities of a nice home. 2024 Balloon Fiesta/Girls Trip

Property is in a quiet, well established neighborhood. Very secure. Close to everything you need. Upgrades to the house are well done. Very comfortable with all amenities for a memorable stay. The enclosed courtyard with fountains is the perfect place to wind down after a day of activity. Kitchen is new with dining indoors or outdoors. Beautiful back yard. I highly recommend this outstanding property!
