'Check-in was a cinch! I called the phone # I was given 15 minutes before I arrived and our host’s husband met me with a great welcome. I was meeting a friend for the weekend after 23 years and this quiet, secluded home was perfect. The view from the deck, where we ate our dinner the first night, was amazing! It rained the next morning and unfortunately, because the TV was an older model, with the bad weather we lost signal. An upgrade to a Smart TV would be nice so we could have signed into...

'Our stay was to help our son who is moving to the area with home renovations. We didn't spend much time at the house other than coming home at the end of the day and cleaning up. It was nice that we could bring our dog, and we felt comfortable in the space with him. The weather was rainy, but the back porch looked like a great space to hang out if it had been nicer.'

'We enjoyed relaxing at the cute cozy cottage. We were in town to go to the Harmony Christmas Festival. It was nice to hang out at the cottage after our day out. We saw deer every morning and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. Dinner at Shakespeare’s Restaurant was excellent and such a unique experience.'

'Robert is an outstanding host from beginning to end. Bed was a bit small for two but cozy. The host always leaves snacks on the table and various types of water in the fridge. The place is charming, with art on the walls and nice furnishings. I cannot recommend this place enough. We always stay here when visiting our grandchildren in Sewickley.'

'Need to getaway? Whether you’re a local or a out of town-er, the cottages at River Harbor are the perfect place to float your cares away! We found our cottage to be very clean and had all that we needed for a relaxing getaway. Did I mention that they are on the river!!! Floating on the river to be exact! What a perfect place! There are several restaurants within walking distance. It’s dreamy. We sat in the floating deck and took in the sights…boats passing and trains. A really neat experience....

'I wasn’t thrilled the rental was on a second floor when I had my dogs. Pets, unfortunately, tend to move freely and I thought the guests on the first floor below us may have been annoyed with that. I also didn’t like having to haul our luggage up many stairs, including heavy video equipment I brought with me for this scheduled trip to attend an event. 'The property was extremely well located, comfortable, and well appointed. I cooked meals, but there are many restaurants in the neighborhood too. I would stay here again without hesitation. '
