Fancy a stay full of refinement? This singular and carefully appointed apartment welcomes you in a setting that is both chic and comfortable. Its secret? A living room bathed in light in a superb living space, with herringbone parquet and hushed atmosphere… A little gem for a romantic getaway, an upmarket business trip or a stylish solo weekend.

🌟 The accommodation comprises:

• The living room: Imagine: large windows, elegant curtains, herringbone parquet that creaks softly beneath your feet… All in a generous space for reading, working or savouring a coffee whilst contemplating the city.

• Open, functional kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge – everything is there to play the chef… or have something delivered with style.

• Accessible by a staircase, the bedroom overlooks the entrance like a precious alcove. Dimly lit atmosphere, little perched cocoon: it's your suspended refuge.

• Bathroom: sober and simple.



🚗 Easy and paid parking on Imbach Square. (free at night).

🚗 Free parking: Rochefoucault Square (15 minutes walk from the accommodation).

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
