ROSE Holidays offers you this charming Premium apartment on the 2nd floor, without a lift, and its two-person hydrotherapy. This atypical 70m2 apartment is nestled in the heart of Angers city centre.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



ATTENTION: due to water damage, the shower in the room is currently unavailable. (18/12/2025).



The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, 4K TV and WI-FI

Fully equipped open kitchen: Induction hobs, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO), and fan.

Bedroom with a large double bed and its private two-person jacuzzi.

Bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with private shower.

Separate toilet.



Paid and difficult parking in the surrounding streets.

Paid underground Fleur d'eau Parking 40m from the accommodation.

Rochefoucauld Parking 10 minutes walk away.



Location:

–Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport in direct proximity.



For information: the apartment is located in the heart of a student city, possibility of surrounding noise



Practical Information



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift, access via the period staircase may pose a problem for people with reduced mobility or elderly people.

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
