'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows. Hardworking personel...a bit tired but smily. Thank you for offering some of the local food...refreshing. Local artists for entertainement is a nice touch...'

'Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Rooms were very clean and it was centrally located on the west side, providing access to many of the island’s beaches and attractions. The only challenge was the number of steps that were required if you have an upper “scenic” villa. '

'Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us.'

'A great place to stay at Antigua, excellent service and facilities, beautiful views and beach, lots of nice activities during the day and in the evening, very friendly staff taking excellent care of you, ready to cater to all your wishes. Good examples of the friendly service were Erica and Sylvia at the Cafe de Paris.'
