'Clean rooms great staff'

'We had a beach front room which was literally on the beach front, the ocean directly in front. The views were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The all inclusive food and drink was excellent - there was plenty of choice, the food was of good quality and plentiful, and the waiting staff were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hawksbill Resort. We had a hire car which proved helpful to get around and explore the island.'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'The resort was stunning! Food was amazing, staff was very friendly, and the overall facility was very clean. The food was out of this world. My only complaint was that our plunge pool was too cold to use. It did not get any sun so it never was warm enough. Definitely ask if your room will get direct sunlight. Other than that, everything was perfect.'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

Natalia did fabulously with my massage and facial. Shanelle we very delicate and patient with my wax. Shane was very hospitable and friendly bell hop. 10/10 experience you won’t regret it!'
