'Amazing! I will never understand how anyone could give this place lessthan 5 stars. Staff was great and would go out of their way to help you, rooms cleaned more than they say, always a beach chair and towels, always a restaurant and bar to go to and good food. The only downside was how rude some of the guests are to the staff. These people should keep theor negative attitude towards themselves. Be sure to tip these lovely ladies and gentlemen as much as possible. All inclusive doesnt mean you...

Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
