2600 sq ft thuis weg van huis. Alles is sprankelend merk NIEUW! Ik heb een huurovereenkomst op korte termijn afgesloten met alles wat ik leuk vind om te hebben als ik verblijf op korte termijn verhuur. 4 slaapkamers-3 badkamers met een bonus kamer boven met een tafelvoetbal tafel en grote zitzakken. 1 koning, 1 koningin, 2 tweelingen, 1 dag bed met 2 aparte matrassen. 3 tv's, wifi, keyless entry, wasmachine / droger en een patio grill. Ik zeg slaap acht met bedden, maar ik heb ook comfortabele banken en opblazen matras en zelfs een porta-crib als uw groep een beetje groter is. Iets soort willekeurig, maar je moet proberen is een bidet in de grote badkamer :) Grote keuken perfect om te blijven koken en een koelkast die enorm is! Super dicht bij de Round Rock-winkels, het Round Rock-multisportcomplex (weekendvoetbal- en honkbaltoernooien), het Round Rock Express-honkbalteam, de Dell-campus en de wereldberoemde Round Rock-donuts-restaurants en boodschappen in de buurt. De vele medische centra voor de behandeling van RR-kanker zijn minder dan 5 mijl als gezinnen een plek nodig hebben om te blijven. Het is slechts een korte 20-mijl snelwegrit naar het centrum van Austin voor de muziekfestivals en activiteiten. Breng de dag door in het centrum en kom dan thuis in deze rustige ROUND ROCK RETREAT. Ik kan zelfs wat Blue Bell-ijs in de koelkast hebben voor een bedankje;)

Met our needs

We were traveling with four senior citizens one aged 89 and one aged 93 so the main level 4 bedroom layout was perfect for that. The only issues were 1 hall bathroom serving 3 bedrooms with narrow doorway that did not accommodate walker, and a very steep driveway which made it very challenging for the older guests to get in and out of house. We had to load and unload them in the garage which we did not have a remote for.

The house was open and spacious. Beds are extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own space. Game room was a hit. Kitchen was completely stocked with basically anything we would need! Laundry room had plenty of detergent. This was by far above and beyond most other places that we have stayed. I would definitely stay again.

5 Star House - 5 Star Host

We attended a family wedding in Hutto and could not have picked a better house for our stay. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children. It was very kid friendly with a playroom and toys. It was also extremely well appointed and stocked - plenty of towels, dishes, etc. As a bonus, there was a nice assortment of snacks which were greatly appreciated by everyone. The neighborhood is safe and easily accessible to major thoroughfares. I would highly recommend this property as it was the best STR experience we've ever had.

Clean, well laid out property that met our family needs extremely well. Bright and open living spaces and the home was very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets , towels etc. We were in Round Rock for a Celebration of Life so having 3 bathrooms ensured everyone could get ready for the event without fighting over bathrooms! 😀
