'The house is not as clean as the pictures posted. Stains on the walls, the carpet on the stairs and upper level of the house is stained and very dirty. The air vents are rusted and gross, Issues with the internet multiple times, the gas was turned off at the property. The owner refused to pay the bill, so we were without heat when temps were in the 50s for the rest of our stay. The owner is being sued for operating a VRBO by the neighborhood HOA. We received an eviction notice that was court...

'I’ve been to their home twice now. They provide every essential you need. It’s quiet and peaceful. They provide board games to entertain the family. I recommend the hot tub at night, I’m pretty sure you can see every star in the sky. Even the power plant across the field provides a cool landscape.'
