Located in a quiet street just in front of a large park, the apartment is very quiet. Many typical restaurants will allow you to discover Spanish gastronomy.

The modern and bright apartment has a large living / dining room equipped with a corner sofa bed, a large TV screen and a table that can accommodate all your guests.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace. Major asset of the apartment, it has been designed so that you can have a good time; garden furniture, sun loungers and plants.

The kitchen, functional and fully equipped (fridge / freezer, hotplates, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).

-Smoking inside the apartment or smoking marihuana is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros

-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.





Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.

Barcelona city tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
