'We've been staying at this property almost every year for a number of years now. We still love it. It's not super fancy but has everything we need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing week at the beach. It's perfect for us! Great views to watch the dolphins and the sunset, just off the boardwalk to avoid the extra noise, and easy to go back and forth between the beach and meal times or potty breaks. We'd buy it if it ever went up for sale, it's that enjoyable!'

'We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. 'Everything about this cute little house was perfect. Great outside area, beautiful well appointed kitchen, spotless and lovely. Great location for walking to the beach or to get a coffee. Highly recommend, would stay here again'

'Being back in Ocean Beach after 20 years with our boys was wonderful. The location was incredible, and the beach was just a block away! The hosts were super responsive and made check-in and out easy. It was great to have a dedicated parking spot, shopping, incredible restaurants, and entertainment just footsteps away. 'First off the location is great. The beach cruisers were a nice addition to get around the local area. There is a garage for a small car. The bed was comfortable and linens clean. The courtyard was nice. We had a great time A few things would make it better. The couch was stained and dirty, we used beach towels to sit on it. 'Sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The little cottage met all our needs. Good thing I had a mini cooper that I could fit in the garage with a couple tries (though could have been my poor parking skills.) Wonderful location. Grocery and laundry within walking distance among many and varied restaurants. Enjoyed people watching and surfers.'

'My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in January. It was convenient to lots of restaurants in OB and to major tourist attractions. We took the bus downtown a couple of times and the bus stop is just around the corner. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed.'

'Our family of 4 adults enjoyed the great view from the patio and the beds were comfortable Our sunset walks down Ocean View were a treat. We did not rent a car and were able to Uber everywhere that we wanted to go. We ordered groceries several times through a delivery service. Patio doors and blinds could have definitely used an update but other than that the place was very nice.'

'Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. We will definitely stay here again!!!'
