Deschutes County Onroerende voorheffing DCCA # 1079. DE RUG BIJ DE ZONNEBRUG EENHEID 20. Een korte wandeling of fietstocht naar Sunriver Village en direct naast het SHARC water- en rodelpark, deze 2e verdieping Condo in The Ridge is een ruime 1300 sq ft en slaapt zes, met gewelfde plafonds, dakramen, veel ramen met privé-uitzicht op bossen, een grote master suite met kingsize bed, jacuzzi bad en badkamer, plus een mooie slaapkamer met volledige badkamer voor de gasten, een grote volledig uitgeruste en onlangs gerenoveerde keuken met alle nieuwe
 wastafel, tellers, vloer en apparatuur, inclusief grote koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, magnetron en vaatwasser, en een ruime grote kamer met eethoek en open haard (brandhout is aanwezig). Het apparaat wordt compleet geleverd met twee grote tv's, kabel, Sony surround sound, gratis high-speed internettoegang en Wi-Fi, full size wasmachine en droger, en een nieuwe gas Weber BBQ grill buiten op het eigen zonneterras. Daarnaast is het toestel voorzien van een slaapbank en wordt geleverd met vier fietsen aan de meer dan 20 mijl van de verharde schilderachtige fietspaden te genieten. Het privézwembad, het bubbelbad, de gemeenschappelijke ruimte, tennis en pickleball van het Ridge liggen op een steenworp afstand van de voordeur. Sunriver Village is een aangename korte wandeling van een kilometer langs de SHARC op een beboste weg. The Village beschikt over een supermarkt, verschillende coffeeshops, twee fietswinkels, een bakker, de populaire ouderwetse ijssalon Goody's, verschillende goede restaurants en pubs, een boekwinkel, een game store, een tackleshop en een verscheidenheid aan andere winkels. Sunriver Lodge ligt op slechts 2 mijl afstand met uitstekende restaurants, meer winkels en een gewaardeerde golfbaan, driving range en een 9-holes putting cursus. De SHARC is het populaire waterpark van Sunriver dat direct naast The Ridge ligt, op korte loopafstand. De SHARC beschikt over waterglijbanen, een luie, drijvende rivier en verschillende binnen- en buitenzwembaden voor alle leeftijden. Everything was pristine. The reason for 4 stars is no propane when we started to Bbq our steaks. It was disappointing since the rest of our dinner was almost done. .The beds are very hard. We did not sleep well. I have owned vacation rentals at the Inn of the 7th, lincoln city, and on the Big Island of Hawaii. My beds were to die for comfortable. I made sure of it. I since am retired and use VRBO. My properties were sold before retirement. With the exception of my Hawaiian home. The volcano took it about 7 years ago. The only one I wanted to keep! It makes a huge difference in quality of stay to have a great bed to sleep on when away from home. Its cheaper to buy firm mattresses. They last longer but do nothing to add to your customers experience overall. I had a big repeat customer base due to comfort.

Great Clean Condo

Nice convenient location. Pool and tennis court are across the street which was great. The bikes are beach cruisers and were slightly too big for our kids but renting bikes in the village was easy. We didn’t do any cooking during our quick stay so I can’t speak to the kitchen amenities. Nice large peninsula though. No AC but we were fine. Manager/owner was prompt and easy to communicate with.

The listing was incorrect which made me knock it down 2 stars. In the listing it said it had AC and it did not, they had a little unit but it didn’t cool the whole place. Opening the windows helped but not enough. I double checked the listing before booking I really wanted a place with AC since it was going to be hot.We did really enjoy the pool and the location and the bikes! The place was nice as well, just not cool.

Wonderful Peaceful Condo

Great 2 bedroom condo with everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and tennis court were major pluses for us. The pool was not busy but the SHARC was packed. Lucky us we didn't need to go to the SHARC! Their were 4 adult working beach cruiser bikes...we brought our little guy's bike so we had what we needed. In fact, we biked every day and saw deer on every ride we went on. Loved being upstairs where no one was walking above us. We saw deer from the back deck across the bike path one morning. Perfect location. Portable AC was nice and a fan in every room. It was a hot week and the temps inside were perfect. Condo manager was friendly and helpful. We did check out the Lava River cave and that was fun! You will need mega lumen flashlights to see down there if you decide to go. We would definitely stay at this condo again sometime!

Spring break trip

It was smooth trip over spring break and loved the location of this place. Close to the village and the sharc which was nice and it was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed. All we had to do was shop for food and drink and we could cook and grill our food while we were there. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Window on the world of Sunriver

My brother and I (both retired) had a nice 5 nite stay at Mark's condo. The patio is right next to the bike trail so we enjoyed watching families of all ages stroll, bike and jog thru the woods. We also had an early view of the big dipper each evening we were there. (We also went to the Observatory one evening.) What I didn't realize before we got there (in the hottest week of the year 90+ temps), was that the condo is not air conditioned, and is on the second story. I cannot fault the listing but rather my lack of focus when reserving the spot. The pool and hot tub for the condo was conveniently across the street and not crowded for the hot hot days we were having. Fortunately the nights at Sunriver cool off and we were able to be comfortable with open windows and the fans provided by the condo. We also adjusted our plans to be out of the condo during the hottest late afternoon hours. Parking was convenient. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen supplied with all the basics, and laundry supplied with detergent, etc. Overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable - if hot - week at Sunriver.

Really loved this property. Even without air conditioning, the apartment got cool enough during the June summer. It was a beautiful place to stay and very very clean. The check in process was easy and it was in a beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone especially with a family!

Our stay at Mark’s condo was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. The check-in/out process was very smooth, making the whole experience seamless and stress free -AND the amenities truly exceeded our expectations! Grandkid getaway

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The biking trail is right outside along with a nice quiet pool right across the parking lot. The condo is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a bbq.

Perfect Sunriver Stay

Ridge 20 was everything we expected. It was clean and welcoming and the check-in was quick and easy. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were right across the street...one minute walk. Very close to Sharc and convenient to the village. The fireplace was really easy to use with lots of dry wood right by the front door and handy fire starters. The kitchen is quite functional. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again with our size group.
