'Lovely cottage with nice outdoor space. The place was very clean, comfortable, quiet and inviting. Easy communication with host and very convenient to The Mill at Fine Creek where we attended a wedding. We would definitely stay here again. '

'My friend got married at a family farm near Powhatan, and we couldn’t find a hotel that wasn’t 45 mins away. Then my girlfriend found this home and it literally made our little mini vacation. The owner is nice, and the horses are super friendly. Didn’t get to take advantage of the horseback riding, but if given just one more day, we for sure would have!'

'This property was one of the prettiest and most comfortable homes we have rented. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Many grocery stores and box stores were nearby as well. Our property manager did an outstanding job of communicating with us and we truly enjoyed the entire experience.'

'The condo was clean and moderately stocked for people using it as a place to stay and cook vs just a place to rest your head. Tea but no coffee for the Kurig. The place is very quiet. lots of light and very clean. A minus for Ms. Modest, there are no curtains in the dining area which is open to neighbors, and none in the bathroom window. Side note, the bathroom is not open to other homes. There were no cleaning supplies, toiletries, or extra TP. We purchased those and left them there. Because of...
