'Great stay. Clean and comfortable room. Shout out to the bartender on 7/26/25. He was closing up, when a thirsty group of concert go-ers showed up. He opened back up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy that helped cap off a great night!'

'Delta Richmond was very cleannand quiet. The shuttle drivers Mr. Gary and Mr. O. were amazing. They gave us recommendation and were very speedy and polite. The check in was a breeze. The staff was inviting and nice and helpful.'

'The room was nicely updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable (pillows were quite puffy, but I prefer pretty flat ones. not a huge deal though. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed experiencing their auto-pancake making machine. My only real complaint is the parking garage was too low for our jeep, but there was ample street parking. '

'When booking an extended stay type of property, I would expect there to be at least some cookware. This hotel had EVERYTHING: dishes, utensils, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, measuring cup, colander, Tupperware - in addition to the stovetop and dishwasher. It was AWESOME. The bed was very comfortable, as was the seating in the room. I liked the various lighting options. There was a glass shower instead of a tub, which I heavily prefer, and everything was clean.
