BESTE VAN DE BESTE LOCATIE! LARGE HOME SOUTHSIDE - een levendige buurt in het hart van Birmingham! Historic District Home in de rustige straat, minder dan vijf minuten. naar Downtown, UAB, 5 punten ten zuiden, ziekenhuizen en Dreamland BBQ. Winkelen, dineren en amusement zijn binnen 10-15 minuten op loopafstand. Prachtige 5 BR- en 2 volledige baden, formele DR, formele LR en formele FR met een prachtig hoog plafond (10ft +) en open haarden, een balkon met openslaande deuren, enz. Ideaal voor een groot gezin en grote groepen!
Het hele huis behalve de kelder (dat is onze opslagruimte) is van jou. Late aankomsten zijn geen probleem. ** GRATIS vroege check-in (moet contact opnemen met host voor beschikbaarheid), GRATIS wasmachine en droger in de keuken. Veel GRATIS op straat parkeren. GRATIS wifi met premium snelheden. Gratis Smart TV met kabel. **
Veel ruimte voor buiten de stad executives, gezinnen voor langere bezoeken, huwelijksgroepen, Robert Trent Jones Golf-groepen en evenementen. Dit is een huis met drie verdiepingen, gasten hebben toegang tot het eerste en tweede verhaal (het 3e verhaal is een onafgemaakte kelder die we gebruikten als opslagruimte, niet voor gasten). Een vintage huis in Europese stijl, authentiek uit de jaren 50 dat is gerenoveerd om zowel een mix van het moderne leven van vandaag met een vintage lay-out en charmes te hebben. Volledig gerenoveerd, een geweldige hoge 10 ft. + Plafond vijf slaapkamers, twee complete badkamer historisch huis met grote veranda aan de voorzijde ingericht met schommel stoel, eettafel met stoelen, en veel buiten zithoek. Frans deurbalkon en twee kasten met een zonnedak in de hoofdslaapkamer. Grote volledig ingerichte keuken met bijgewerkte apparatuur. Plafond fans zijn in elke kamer. Bijgewerkt keramische tegels baden. Twee slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden en drie slaapkamers hebben bedden van de Koningin, veel ruime kastruimte in elke slaapkamer. Beddengoed en handdoeken, Smart TV, kabel, wifi, etc. Dit is een heel mooi, schoon en volledig ingericht groot huis. Een kans voor thuis voelt voor de prijs van een hotel.
Hotel als behandeling:
- Brand new mooi en comfortabel bed lakens, kussens, dekbedden. Alle matrassen bedekt met matrassen van hoge kwaliteit. Elke slaapkamer heeft een deken in de kast.
- Handdoeken van drie formaten, Everybody Soap for Everyone 3-in-1 zeep, föhn, enz.
- Volledig ingerichte keuken met koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron, broodrooster, waterkoker, blender, koffiezetapparaat met 12 kopjes, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, kookgerei tassen, etc.

Great house for families!

We recently stayed at Five Points South for a family wedding in Birmingham, and very much enjoyed our stay. There were three families in the house, and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of charm and very clean. Great backyard and front porch area. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Birmingham.

Okay for the price

This place was okay for a low price point but it had a few issues. It's hard to explain how awkward the house layout and the location are. The main level you enter into has 3 bedrooms, the TV room, and a bathroom that is almost too small to use. We all moved to the lower level bathroom. The kitchen, better bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms are down a long flight of stairs. It was strange to have the kitchen so far removed from the living space. The same awkwardness applies to the neighborhood. It is one mile from downtown but in the middle of very crowded, narrow, winding, hilly streets so every trip out of the house was a bit painful. The house itself was mostly clean except for hair in the bathtub when we arrived and a bug on my daughter's pillow the first night. That set a bad tone for the stay once she was freaked out. A few other strange things- No ESPN on the cable package. I didn't know there were packages without ESPN and I don't believe that is an unusual channel to expect. The rules from the owner had an offensively aggressive tone as though we were there to destroy his house and rob him. The rules included no parking in front of the neighbor's house but there is no off street parking. I never figured out which neighbor was the touchy one who owned a public parking spot. There was an admonishment to control noise but one neighbor's dogs roamed freely and barked often at night. I believe the house lists a fireplace but it is decorative. Our last night in town it got down to 22 degrees outside and we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. Fortunately, Birmingham is warm most of the year so this should not be a problem often. Overall, we would not stay here again but I'm sure it is fine for some.

All Good For The Most Part!

We had a little bit bumpy of a start with not being able to check-in until two and a half hours after original check-in time, but it all ended up working out! The place was GREAT and very spacious for me and my bridesmaids! Very quiet where we were and had pretty good parking as well right in front of the house. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, well stocked with linens/towels and kitchen supplies.

Renters be very aware, this is a very old house in a rather run down neighborhood. But - very clean and well stocked. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Be sure the second you notice anything broken or wobbly to let the owner know immediately. We are out 100% of a damage deposit due to items the owner said were broken that we were not aware of when we left. We have been renting VRBO for years domestic and international with a 5star renter rating and have always had ourdamage deposit returned in full. So have made a note to self - Never rent an older home.

We loved our salary while in the city. This home was everything we needed for our time there. It was very close to so many places that where we needed to be. Great Location...Great Property.......Wonderful Time

What a great property & a great location. We had a big group & never felt cramped & found plenty of place to just hangout & visit. We had many couple & everyone had there own bedroom which were incredibly comfortable. Being a southern boy I love the place & the look. Being about a 10 minute walk to Dreamland was a BIG PLUS for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this property & will definitely use again for our next group visit to a Alabama game. Being in Birmingham for a Bama game (vs Tuscaloosa) is a no-brainer. Thanks for everything.

So charming and roomy!

Very charming home, which was surprisingly roomy! It very comfortably slept all my bridesmaids, and we had plenty of room for the two hair dressers to set up and do 12 heads of hair in the dining room. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

The owners were very responsive to our questions. The house fit our needs. Only issue was when we arrived the motion sensor did not turn on and we had to navigate into the house in the dark.
