'The Red Pine was very nice, clean, cozy amd comfortable- we had everything we needed during our stay. Our time in St Ignace wA wonderful except we needed more information on how to work the TV. Also not sure if fireplace worked. No big deal because we were out and about but would be nice if thats something you're interested in having. 'Waking up here for a week was wonderful! This stay checked a lot of boxes for us and was a great place for us to get out and explore a large portion of the U.P. The wonderful back porch and patio areas are the highlight of this property, with the gorgeous Pine River and a busy beaver to watch, the mornings here were wonderful. This property offers a lot of amenities, including handsoap, some sample toiletries, and linens. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any dishsoap, but being inexpensive...

'Very convenient base to access all interesting spots in the Mackinac/St Ignace area. Restaurants, Grocery, kids’ park are within minutes. Very quiet for restful relaxation. A couple minor minuses; the oven would not heat up past 130, that made our home away from home cooking a bit interesting. A dishwasher would have been handy especially when staying with children. Overall, we all like the place and would book again.'

'Our first time in the U.P. so we were going in blind. House was exactly what we needed for our group. If your looking for fancy, this isn't the place but definitely adequate and was well stocked with everything you would need away from home. The road is very busy and loud with lots of truck traffic so that is something to consider if you like peace and quiet. The house sits back off the road though. The secluded beach makes up for the busy road and makes the location well worth it.'
