Tropisch groot familie zwembad Retreat

Breng uw familie en vrienden naar dit nieuwe vakantieverblijf in prachtige Sunridge Estates. 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers huis plus 1 slaapkamer 1 complete badkamer casita! Dit gezellige huis is geschikt voor 16 personen! Ga zitten en ontspan bij het tropische zwembad EN de spa met uitzicht op bergen en daken. Pool heeft een kleurwisselend wiel, zodat de verlichting van kleur verandert. Leuk om 's nachts te bekijken. Zwembad heeft ook een Baja plank en ingebouwde tafel om te genieten van een lekkere cocktail of koude limonade. Peek-a-boo casino uitzicht vanaf Gazebo. Veel patio tafel stoelen buiten met 3 patio tafels (zitplaatsen voor 18) en 4 ligstoelen om te zonnen. Genoeg ruimte voor 2 - 3 gezinnen om uit te spreiden en lekker te barbecueën, zwemmen, spelletjes te spelen of naar de grote game op onze grote tv's te kijken. Lake Mohave en de landing van Katherine liggen op 12 minuten afstand. Casino's en bootlancering bij de rivier liggen op 5 minuten afstand. Garage voor twee auto's en parkeerplaats voor nog vier voertuigen op de ronde oprijlaan. Boot en jetski parkeren op straat. Gratis WIFI en DIRECTV. 1 kingsize bed, 2 queensize slaapbanken in de casita, queensize bed met twee stapelbedden en twin-onderschuifbed en twee stapelbedden voor drie personen met elk drie slaapplaatsen in de slaapkamerkamer (perfect voor alle kinderen). Grote eettafel met plaats voor 10 plus twee aan het aanrecht en een extra tafel met 4 stoelen. Volledig ingerichte keuken met bijna alles om voor de hele groep te koken. Het zal lijken alsof we zijn verhuisd en jij bent ingetrokken. Bunkroom heeft tv met groot scherm en een PS3 met spelletjes voor de kinderen. Geniet van een dag op het meer of de rivier en kom dan naar huis om te barbecueën en af te koelen in het zwembad of geniet van de ontspannende jacuzzi. Casita heeft bordspellen met 2 banken en een kitchenette met een gootsteen en een kleine koelkast / vriezer. Restaurants en casino's liggen op slechts 5 minuten rijden. Sam's club ligt op 5 minuten afstand. Perfect voor Laughlin River Run, familie vakantie of elke gelegenheid. Family Getaway

This property was beautiful! We had three generations ages 6 weeks to 64 and everyone had a great time. The separate casita was perfect for the new parents and baby. The main house had plenty of room for everyone else. The pool was amazing and the host was super responsive. Loved this property so much my grandkids want to live there.

Confutable Oasis

We had an exceptional stay , and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to the host, who was always prompt and responsive to our requests. The house was immaculate, specious and provided ample room for our group, making our visit truly memorable. The location was ideal for our family, and we especially appreciated the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. Despite the cooler weather, the children had a fantastic time playing and didn’t seem to mind the chill. We could ‘’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great Property!

Needed a house to host birthday event and this location and property were perfect to get around to the river and to the casinos. Jennifer was amazing throughout the entire process! Love Love Love

Loved this house and all that it gave. Jennifer is a perfect host. She was very responsive and patient. She made sure we checked in on and checked to see if needed anything. Before arriving, I asked if we could possibly check in early, due to us arriving early from a 4 hour drive. I only asked for a couple of hours but was able to check in 4 hours early. Neighborhood is very nice.The majority of our stay was outside in the beautiful patio area, by the awesome pool. Loved the Casitas. There was plenty of space for our family. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect vacation home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home that featured a beautiful pool with a charming casita. This house is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough! The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay. It was just what the family needed after a hot day on the lake. My teens especially loved it when we turned on the lights. This gave them a perfect background for all their pictures. The surrounding area was beautifully landscaped and easily had seats for everyone. The casita added a wonderful touch to the overall charm of the property. There was so much space and it was perfect for my cousin's family of 4. The main house itself was equally impressive, offering spacious and comfortable living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. I have to mention that Jennifer, the property owner, is amazing. She answered all our questions immediately. We have rented from her before, and her level of hospitality is a huge reason we keep coming back. Overall, my stay at this vacation home was an absolute delight and we can’t wait to come back.

This house was perfect for our group! There was something for everyone. Between the pool, the large dining room table for playing games, the room layout, and the proximity to Lake Mohave it was a memorable trip. Jennifer, the host, was great! We look forward to our next trip!
