'This property was perfect for our Cousins Reunion in nearby Palos Park. The large kitchen was a gathering place, and roomy enough for many walks down memory lane over coffee and snacks. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the backyard patio one evening, although it needs a little spiffing up. The location was close to restaurants but pretty quiet inside. The house was clean and comfortable with ample off street parking. I highly recommend it!'

'We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down.'

'Thank you for letting us stay in your home. It was perfect for what we needed, and was within 30 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the hot tub and fenced in back yard. We didn't plan for it this time, but next time plan to use the grill area! My only advice for the future is to add some type of mat in the tub as it is super slippery, and a couple of us slipped and fell. Also, tvs had some trouble connecting to the internet, but we didn't come to watch tv anyway. Thanks again we...

'This home was a five minute walk from the beach and we enjoyed amazing sunsets everyday! The layout and amenities of the home were perfect for family to meet and spend time together, both indoors and out. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard immensely. The wood provided was a little green but burnt well after we got the coals nice and hot. The beach was a quick walk away and a great place to relax and catch some sun. 'Spent three nights for a visit to the Dunes, drive down to see eclipse and great walks on the beach. The house was perfect for our group of six and puppy. Plusses: Short walk to gorgeous beach! The yard was a perfect place for pup to play and get some energy out. Didn’t use the fire pit or grill but nice to have. Kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals. 'Miller Beach surpassed my expectations. Amazingly clean for being dog friendly. We paid 10 dollars per car for parking and you stay all day if you want. Going back to the property was still exciting as we had a great soak in the hot tub. Super relaxing after playing in the sand all day. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Great amount of space for all of our family. Overall the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The lawn chairs are a great bonus to have if you go to the beach....

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
