- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won`t be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. In Residential gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after quiet hours may result in a fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- USE: Any commercial or promotional use(s) of the property requires prior express written approval from the property owner and is subject to additional use fees.
-- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over balcony railings.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
