'The staff was awesome. I was there for a medical procedure. When I needed extra supplies it was provided promptly. They were welcoming, friendly and smiles were plentiful. Very nice staff . Hotel is old but it is clean. There was a wheelchair available. I was so appreciative as I unexpectedly needed it. Thank you so much for your recognition of your disabled patrons. Kudos'

'Lucas on front desk was amazing and so was Trudy at the breakfast. However I have not received my receipt for my stay. I was told it would be emailed to me.'

'Good location near airport and downtown Burlington close by . Clean and good bed, breakfast ok '

'Close to everything we required.'

'Clean and friendly'

Ontbijt was voldoende.'

'Onsite restaurant was very welcome after a day on the road. The property is an old building that no renovation is going to change. Adjoining Nordik spa is tired.'

'Lovely and wonderfull staff.'
