On the eighth floor, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the lagoon from both bedrooms and the living room.

You can enjoy an incredible view from each bedroom to a magnificent crystal clear lagoon, the largest you will see in Cancun.
You can kayak, swim, or just relax on a lounger.

The space
The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay in a beautiful new private condominium, ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.

The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority.
We followed enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
● We disinfect high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
● We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
● Each room is cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists
● We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean while you stay
Guest access
Only guests will enjoy the apartment.
The pool of 1.8 hectares and the 7 pools are shared with owners and other travelers, you will have to respect the rules of the condominium.
You can practice any non-motorized water sports.
And if you like to exercise, there's a track around the lagoon where you can run and an outdoor gym.
Children can enjoy children's games.

To access the Lagoon we will share a card, and a bracelet for each guest that you will have to wear each time they go swimming, the card will have to be returned at the end of their stay.

On Mondays the Lagoon is cleaned so its use is not allowed, however you can continue to enjoy the 7 pools around it.
Other things to note
To book, we require our guests to complete their profile by adding an ID verified . As hosts it gives us a better level of security and we really appreciate it.

The condominium has a security booth where you will be asked for your ID to access.

You will need to share your government ID and that of all guests to inform the condominium management of their stay.

We have partnered with a professional lab to run a COVID test (additional cost) at our listings (in our place) in case you need it.

The apartment is on the 8th floor (8th floor) and although there is an elevator, you should take this into account.

When enjoying the pool you must respect the regulations and take the corresponding precautions since the lifeguard service is not provided.
The kayaks are for rent so availability depends on several factors, you will have to request it from the administration.

The water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we recommend our guests not to cook or drink tap water.

During your stay remember to be clean, throw the trash in the indicated deposits and do not leave food that could attract animals.

Remember that you rent an and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels, (basic amenities are offered for your first night) if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more enjoyable.

Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be ecological. Turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open as it can break down

For stays of more than a week, our cleaning staff can assist you in keeping the place clean and tidy, if requested with an additional charge of $35 dollars per day.
