Excellent Experience
Daniela and Francesco warmly welcomed us into the charming house Francesco renovated a few years ago. The enclosed garden is lovely, the pool and gazebo very enjoyable, and the house is perfect. Excellent kitchen with gas stove, two very well appointed bedrooms plus one small one for kids, and two very nice bathrooms with showers. Attention is given to every detail. We loved our stay and plan to return for longer next year. Grazie Daniela and Francesco.

Séjour pas assez reposant
Maison bien situé proche des sites de visite. Bien équipé, très propre, typique italienne avec beaucoup de cachet. Et un petit plus bien agréable, la cheminée. Par contre la literie de la chambre parentale est très mauvaise. Et pour nous lors de notre séjour le plus gros problème fut le chien du voisinage qui aboie sans cesse des le matin très tôt voir même la première nuit, qui pour nous la première soirée a était la pire car au mois d’octobre les températures sont fraîches et le soir de notre arrivé le chauffage et l’eau chaude n’ont pas fonctionné donc pas de douche possible et nous avons eu très froid. Tout a était rétabli le lendemain vers 11h 😡. Aucun geste commercial des propriétaires au contraire suppléments pour le chien de 26 euros pour 4 nuits et 80 euros de chauffage pour 3 jours car sur 4 jours , 1 jour sans chauffage ni eau chaude. Pour accéder à la propriété il faut avoir un véhicule pas trop large ni trop long.

Hi Emmanuel, thank you for writing. I am happy you liked the house and that you had a nice holiday in Lucca. As for the heating, in Italy it is actually not permitted to turn on the heating before around th. 1/11. In the northeren part of Italy you can turn it on 15/10 - in the southern part 15/11. We did turn it on for you the morning after your arrival but we risk a file when dooing it. I know this can be difficult to understand when you are not from Italy. The hot water worked fine - just a question of opening it correctly, sorry you did not ask when you arrived. The owners were just next door. Probably the dog next to made noise because you also brought a dog too - I will consider to write no dogs in the announcement - and the extra cleaning for you dog is indicated in the pricelist. Sorry if you did not see it. Anyway - I am glad you enjoyed the time and you are welcome back. Kindest Elisabeth

Leider nicht alles gut
Wir waren Mitte September in dem Feriendomizil. Leider konnten die Herrschaften beim Checkin kein Englisch und wir konnten uns kaum unterhalten. Auch das Wlan funktionierte nicht (man hat dort auch kein Handynetz), so dass man sich per Übersetzung hätte austauschen können. Am Wlan wurde dann die nächsten Tage gewerkelt bis es nach Tag 3 funktioniert hat. Des Weiteren ist der Kühlschrank schon sehr alt und schafft es kaum, einen vollen Kühlschrank zu kühlen. Bei uns hat es ebenfalls 3 Tage gedauert bis er eine gute Temperatur hinbekommen hat. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Leider waren die Betten in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Wenn wir zu 2. im Ehebett geschlafen haben lagen wir fast auf dem Boden. Mein Mann ist dann auf die Couch ausgewischen, allerdings war diese Steinhart. Außerdem war das Haus für unseren Geschmack ein wenig zu dunkel. Die Zimmer waren trotz vorhandener Lampen nie wirklich erleuchtet. Zu guter Letzt muss man deutlich sagen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt leider nicht genießen konnten, da zu viele Moskitos vor Ort waren. Wir hatten bereits an Tag 2 über 50 Stück (man wurde nicht nur in der Nacht gestochen) am ganzen Körper, so dass wir uns auch gezwungen sahen das Feriendomizil zu wechseln. Die Agentur hatte noch ihre Hilfe angeboten allerdings stand kein angemessenes Angebot zur Verfügung. Natürlich kann der Eigentümer für die Mosiktos nichts und es könnte auch an der Jahreszeit gelegen haben, aber man muss sich bewusst machen, dass auch Autan und die ganzen anderen Insektenabwehrmittel nicht geholfen haben. Im Haus selbst sind fast überall Mosiktonetze eingebaut. Leider nicht im Schlafzimmer, so dass wir auch immer mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen mussten. Das war ebenfalls nicht sehr angenehm. Alles in allem gibt es einige Kritikpunkte bei dem der Eigentümer nachjustieren muss oder es getan hat (Wlan, Kühlschrank, Licht und Betten), wenn das alles passt muss man sich nur noch die Frage stellen, ob man zerstochen werden will oder nicht. Wenn es einem nichts ausmacht (dachte ich vorher auch) dann ist es eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre.

Hi, it is fair that you write your experience of Serena but I do invite future guests also to read other guests comments because people are so happy to stay this place. Thinking about all our talks and mail I simply just think that this was not the right house for you - you did not accepted to be moved to another house when complaining about the lack of WIFI because you wanted to go to the seaside. SO, I think that your problem was not the house but you wanted a different type of holiday. That is OK of course. I would like to comment on a few things. You arrived the day after one of the worse Thunderstorms in years in Tuscany. That is why the internet and phone system did not. We phoned a technician but the whole area was down so it took 3 days to fix. Unfortunate I agree, but I believe this could happen anywhere. The fridge is working perfectly but as you agreed upon you had touched the regulation and put it on a wrong number. Was fixed by the owner. As for the style of the house - this is a tipical rustic and charming stone house - they are not bright and modern inside like you might be used to in your country but that is the Tuscan building style. The mosquitoes - sorry for that. Nobody mentioned it before. Either there was particolary many that week due to the bad weather - or you reacted especially bad on the Tuscan mosquitoes. That I am really sorry about. I hoped that you enjoyed your holiday in Tuscany and I thank you for giving 4 stars - so in the end you actually liked the house :-)

Sehr freundlich, alles gut organisiert. Auto erforderlich.
Sowohl der Kontakt mit der Agentur, als auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ein Auto ist notwendig um zum Supermarkt oder in Restaurants zu gelangen, allerdings keine weiten Strecken zum fahren Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Hinweise: - es gibt keine Klimanlange. Bei hohen Temperaturen sehr warme Nächte. - sehr viele Stechmücken. Also viel Schutzmittel mitnehmen. Die Hinweise sind allerdings in keinster Weise negativ gewertet, da der Punkt mit der Klimaanlage vorher angegeben wurde und für die Stechmücken niemand etwas dafür kann ;-)

Una bella vacanza in toscana
Bella casa immersa nella campagna toscana con tutto il necessario x cucinare, spazi esterni e piscina molto piacevole. Proprietari gentillissimi, molto disponibili e Che ci hanno anche portate le uove fresche e la verdura del loro orto ❤️ adorabile. La casa è confortevole, una zanzariera nella prima camera e l aria condizionata al primo e secondo piano la renderebbe perfetta 😉. In torno alla piscina, attenti ai tafani Che sono attrati da l acqua della piscina. A parte un bar/pizzeria e un negozietto non c è niente in torno, dunque ci vuole assolutamente l auto, attenti di non avere un auto troppo larga xche I passaggi Tra le case x arrivare è abbastanza stretto. Ma almeno c è la guaranzia della tranquilita😉. Bella vacanza per noi
