Deze luxe villa is gelegen op een verhoogde positie aan de top van La Manga Club op een gewilde plek waar u kunt genieten van een ontspannen vakantie met uitzicht over de Mar Menor en de prachtige heuvels en golfbanen voor de deur. Kindvriendelijk met weinig passerend verkeer, traphekjes gemonteerd boven en onder, 2 reiswiegen, 2 kinderstoelen, autostoeltje en voldoende ruimte voor iedereen.
De villa ligt op slechts enkele minuten lopen van een selectie van restaurants, winkels en bars in Bellaluz en Los Molinos en op een steenworp afstand van de rest van de club. Gezien onze locatie in Las Terrazas de Montemares kunt u er zeker van zijn dat er iets is voor elke vakantieganger, met gegarandeerde luxe wanneer u hier verblijft. Er is overal voldoende accommodatie. De villa, die comfortabel 10 personen slaapt, is verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen. Het bestaat uit 2 grote keukens, een op de begane grond en een op de begane grond. De villa is onlangs gerenoveerd tot een zeer hoge standaard met nieuwe Villeroy en Bosch badkamers, nieuw geschilderde en nieuwe verlichting doorgebouwd. De villa biedt voldoende ruimte voor alle soorten feesten en is een geweldige plek om te genieten van een vakantie in La Manga Club.

We have had a lovely week at the villa with our family and friends. 9 of us in total and plenty of space for all of us. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could require. Very clean and modern, it looked recently decorated. The pool was brilliant and always quiet/empty. We did have a car, but found the location walkable to and from the restaurants in the evenings. Some of us that are used to soft mattresses at home found the mattresses hard, and we thought that the stairs would benefit from more tape on the corner steps as they were a little hazardous. But we loved the villa and would highly recommend it, thank you.

Wonderful place for a family holiday!

We loved the villa! It was spacious and fully-equipped. The pool was excellent and so easy to access. We used the hire cars daily to access beaches and nearby towns. Cartegena was a highlight,and Cabo de Palos.

Fantastic spacious villa - perfect for families

Brilliant villa, with plenty of space for large groups, across multiple terraces & indoor communal areas. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and just steps from the pool. It was ideal for our entire family, from small children to adults. Walkable to everything, but we also managed to get taxis within the resort, when going out for dinner etc. Carol was excellent to deal with, brilliant communication (over 2 years - due to Covid delays!) & so many useful details provided. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Excellent Rental

We stayed for a week having booked at pretty much the last minute. Given the short notice the communication was excellent and gave us confidence that we had made the right decision. The house itself is in an good location, clean, well looked after and with a shared pool that was never busy. In addition, one of our party left an item of value behind, and we were contacted immediately with a plan to safely return the item - great service from the owner and local manager.

Nice house for a big family group

The rooms and bathrooms are excellent. The garden and the swimming pool were source of great fun and joy. The supermarket nearby is closed for good and the golf courses not in walking distance so a hire car would have been good.

Return visit

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as good as we remember. We have stayed at La Manga Club numerous times and always enjoy our time there. It was quieter than normal due to travel restrictions etc but once we arrived it felt very normal. The shared pool is excellent and most of the time we would have the pool to ourselves. Dinner on the balcony with the excellent views is also a great way to spend the evening. Carol is great to deal with and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommended and we will no doubt be back in the future.

One of the best in LMC

Our stay at this property was excellent. The villa is large and has a great lay out across three floors. The view from the top floor is amazing and the walk out lower level to the pool was an added bonus! We also loved the location in La Manga Club as it was closer to the beach and definitely benefited from cooler temps and more breeze! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Family Holiday.

Our holiday was completely excellent, from the initial booking until our return. Everything was as detailed and more. The pool area was great for the children and everyone liked the spacious rooms and amenities. There was plenty of room for the eight of us. Fab villa - perfect for family get together

Very spacious accommodation - everyone could have their own space and also big communal space. Great garden and pool area. Very well appointed in all aspects of housekeeping. Only disappointment was October is a quiet time for kids so football academy cancelled for the boys and some other advertised facilities of the club not available. Eg playpark for toddler and climbing wall . Local supermarket very good.

Great villa in a quiet area of La Manga Club

Wonderful villa that is an excellent size and was ideal for our holiday which included 5 adults and 4 children. The villa was clean and furnished to a very high standard. It has one of the best spots on the Las Tarrezas community with direct access to the shared pool and a lovely garden area in front of the villa to place the sun beds. Having visited La Manga Club a number of times before we knew what to expect, although it was a pleasure to be back and enjoy this different area. I would reccomend the Los Molinos Flamenco night which is held every Thursday during summer holidays, a great fun night. Also, a trip to Cartegena is well worth it for a trip outside the club.

Fantastic villa

Stayed in early July with our 3 teenage children. The villa was perfect for us and is fitted to a very high standard, and extremely comfortable. Although a shared pool it was very quiet throughout our stay. The ladies at Villa Management on site at La Manga Club were really helpful too. Looking forward to returning!
