The few negatives: the bed was really hard (but it was nice to have a king size bed), the room was cooled by an old school ac unit, which was loud, and kicked on and off, and the room was very dated and not very sound proof. 'Very nice property and plenty of beds for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the garage game room and pool! Only complaint is that it was not stocked with supplies as well as other VRBO's we have stayed at. Ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags after the 2nd day.'

'Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and pickleball courts. The house was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen worked out great with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 stoves. The location is beautiful and offers nice views of the lake. We spent a lot of time out on the deck and had ample seating there. We would not hesitate to book it again for future get together. Host was very responsive.'

'Our stay was for a friend’s birthday with 12 adults. This was the perfect property! It is just gorgeous! The view as you walk in the front door is breathtaking. All the decor was so beautifully done. Each couple had a king sized bed (a must) and a comfortable, large room. We were minutes away from the marina which was ideal for a day on the water. We loved the hot tub and all the fun games downstairs! We can’t wait to come back!'

'We had a great time at this location. The house was big and easily accommodated the 14 of us. The location was great with beautiful views. We were impressed with how clean the house was. The Baxter Marina was across the street and the people there are super friendly. Also we were impressed with how clean the Marina was. We highly recommend this place!'

The house was well stocked, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The property was close enough to Branson to enjoy but not close enough to have to deal with HWY 76. Would definitely stay again.'
