The house is built on a single level and consists of a living area with kitchen, living room and service bathroom, on the other side the 2 bedrooms, a double room and a double that can become a double room if desired, and the bathroom with shower.

The location: Villa Fedes is located in an exclusive holiday home resort with access only to guests of the village, as entry is made by opening the automatic barriers that only owners can open. Nearby, there is a supermarket open from June to October, a bar-café, restaurant, and pizzeria. For leisure, in addition to water sports, there are various tennis courts.
