'Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.'

'Our time in Tuscany was absolutely wonderful, Franco was such a great host, he had a snack and a beverage waiting for us and it was a pleasure to visit with him. The Villa was so wonderful and we all had a hard time leaving, the adorable little annex was my favourite. We had 4 couples and we each had our own little spaces with our own bathrooms. 'The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.'

Ook daar word je door de eigenaar over geïnformeerd. Kortom mooi huis in een fijne omgeving, centraal Toscane.'

Beide sind sehr diskret und lassen genügend Privatsphäre, sodass man den Pool und das weitläufige Grundstück ungestört genießen kann. Bei Problemen ist Andrea sofort tatkräftig zur Stelle. 'Fint sted, men ikke så retvisende at der står at der er aircondition i annoncen, men i realiteten er det mod ekstrabetaling. Der er i det hele taget en del som er mod ekstrabetaling som ikke fremgår af annoncen. Det bør fremgå. Vask, affaldssortering mm. Men smukt sted, og god udlejer ifht. At respondere på beskeder. 'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. Het was heel ruim, de bedden waren fijn, alles was netjes en de keuken was uitgerust met meer dan genoeg van alles. De grote tuin met zwembad is perfect om in te ontspannen wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder ligt het op prima afstand van leuke plekken zoals Lucca en Montecarlo. Communicatie met de gastvrouw ging heel gemakkelijk en zij kon ons tips geven over de omgeving en heeft een maaltijd voorbereid voor onze avond van check-in. We zouden...

Great location that is both private for chill time (very spacious and relaxing yard, fantastic pool) and proximate to Lucca, wine tasting and other site seeing. Leandro kept in touch before, during, and just before leaving to make sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful. Highly recommended!'

'I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. 'This home is awesome. It is huge but has a very cosy atmosphere as soon as you allow yourself to settle down and relax, taking in the panoramic view and enjoying the gorgeous pool. Benedetta, the host is amazing: very charming, hands-on and goes all the way to give you impeccable service. Golf (with discount) is 10 minutes away on Le Pavoniere, an Arnold Palmer course of very high standard. Please use the inner garden for a Tuscan BBQ party, Benedetta will gladly help you to get it...
