'Quiet get away'

'My husband and I, along with our little dog - stayed in this stunning Casita in such a lovely neighborhood!! So walkable to many great eateries and large park ! The Casita was clean & modern and the added bonus - was the fenced in yard for our pup and also for relaxing in the evening ! ALL the furnishings ( interior and exterior- were super comfortable! ) Our gracious host - Virginia was so welcoming and hospitable . We absolutely enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for more !!!'

'This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

'This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!'

'We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. '

'It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.'

'We had an excellent stay in this house. It was very clean and has a fabulous view. The only thing that needs attention is the cypress bush out by the garbage can should probably be cut down...it is fine if you are in a truck to see oncoming traffic around the curve and down the hill, but not in a car, the bush is blocking the view. Otherwise it was perfect.'

'The house was wonderful, cozy, comfortable and the owner was 30 steps away when we needed dishwasher soap. The two block walk to the town square with restaurants, shopping, wine tasting room and THREE ice cream stores was too good to be true. Lawrence (the owner) met us at the property, instructed us on the appliances and made us welcome. There are two more units (a one bdrm and a two bdrm) on the property which would be a great group gathering place in a wonderful town.'

'Loved staying at this lovely cottage! Debra was an amazing hostess. Great location very close to the square and walking distance to Southwestern. Our daughter is a senior and we wish we found Debra's cottage 4 years ago when our daughter was a freshman. I highly recommend for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. My mother in law joined and it was a perfect and comfortable place to stay.'

'The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too.'

'This is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, yet away from town. Beautiful setting and did I mention comfortable . Large porches to sit, relax and take in the peace . Town was just a short drive. We will absolutely return.'

'Annual TX HC getaway while bluebonnets in bloom. This tiny home was perfect for two, just what we needed for winding down at night and freshening up in the morning before heading out to explore for the day. Safe area close to so much, helpful property manager quick to communicate during our stay, and pretty much everything we needed! Thank you for a nice stay!'

'Such a lovely, quiet place to stay for a getaway! Very clean, all utensils and even toiletries are readily available. Bed is super comfy! Close to Lake Travis and several restaurants and stores. Highly Recommended!'

'The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. '
