Check-in was easy with abundant street parking available. The rental was very clean and looked even better in person than it does in the pictures. 'This condo is rundown and has not been updated in a long time. Was not stocked with enough plates ,silverware or towels. No toaster. No coffee maker. Property has a great outdoor area with a super pool but no beach towels to take to the pool. If it was updated with all these things and cleaned up a bit it could be a great place to stay.'

'Didn’t get to stay on the property because the host did not contact me or respond to myself or the agents from Vrbo. Thankfully Vrbo assisted me with a refund, however the experience created a large amount of stress and frustration. '

'So the keyless feature was nice. Would have been a bit better if the keyless feature was also an option for the entry door from Trader Joe's. At least I did not see it. Had to go outside and then inside. Building nice, felt secure and the it felt safe. Friendly residents, it seemed. The apartment was nice, obviously new. Had a couple issues. The floor was clean, but sticky, likely due to the cleanser used (like spray and wipe stuff). The electric tea pot, so far I could determine...
