'The Hampton Inn and Suites is a great hotel; staff is very friendly and serviceable, both the rooms and the hotel has all the comforts you could want (including a pool, a business centre, fresh coffee all day long). Breakfast is diverse (they had fresh omelettes and waffels!) and the cleaning thorough. The only downside is the location; it's surrounded by highways, far from the city center. There is a bus but it is difficult to get to the bus stop (no sidewalks whatsoever); a cab to the center...

'The front lobby staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nat was going specially welcoming up on my arrival. The breakfast was always hot fresh and variety every morning. I hav a Golden Retriever and I love that the hotel is pet friendly and my therapy dog is relaxed and felt comfortable also. I will stay there again when I make a trip back to Richmond to visit '
