'Hotel room reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. There was a completely naked boy standing on the balcony when I pulled up to park. Someone kept banging on my hotel door late at night. I did not feel safe. Hotel advertised that breakfast was provided when booking. However, when went to the lobby for breakfast I was told the hotel stopped serving breakfast months ago.'

'I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit with a strong musty odor that smelled like mold. The room showed obvious signs of moisture damage, including warped baseboards, dark staining along the walls and trim, and areas that appeared to have mold or mildew growth. To make matters worse, I found roaches in the bathroom. The combination of the mold smell, apparent water damage, and pest issues made the room feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. The...
