'Amazing property, easy check in and superb cleanliness. Staff super helpful and quick to return clean towels and take rubbish away. The kitchen and washer/dryer is incredibly handy. It’s very close to Nishi-Nippori station which is on the Yamanote Line and makes it easy to get to many places in Tokyo without multiple line changes. There are also great chain restaurants (Sushiro, Saizeriya) and Izakaya nearby. There is a train track that runs very close to the hotel and passes every 5-10 mins...

'It’s like living in an apartment building, but with on-site staff to assist if we ran into any problems. Got to cook in Japan, so of course had to do the Wagyu. Also able to do laundry in your own room. Great place to stay. Next time I will pack less so I’ll have more room to buy things to bring home and share with family 😊'
