'The hotel itself is a highlight for us in Tokyo. No detail is overlooked and the staff are in a different league compared to other hotels. We visited last year without our daughter, and came back this year with our parents and daughter too! Everyone had a fantastic stay and we hope to be back very soon!'

'After a 24-hour journey, which included a 16-hour flight and transfers without sleep, we finally arrived at The Okura Hotel in Japan.
Receptionist asked me to provide my credit card for the deposit. I explained that I would pay for the room in cash and use the credit card only for additional expenses.
