'I booked this hotel not realising it was a Love Hotel, but it was a really nice place to stay. The rooms were a good size, with excellent amenities, and the location was great. As others have said, the bed was hard, but we found this throughout Japan anyway. Westerners tend to perceive these hotels as sleazy, probably because of what the equivalent is like in our countries, but we didn’t find the hotel to be like that at all. We would stay again and would recommend. '

'We had a lovely stay at Tolsei. The room was clean and amenities were great. I especially enjoyed the rain shower. The room layout was a bit tight, which I was expecting but wished there had been a few design details to help with storing luggage and clothes. The entryway of the room is right by where the shower is, so you walk into the room with your shoes in the same area where you exit the shower.
