'Family and I stayed to go see Luke Combs in concert and had a great time! We all loved the house, was very clean, very comfortable, lots of space for us to stay and communication with the homeowners was easy with quick response and really nice! There was everything that we needed and minutes to really cute shops and restaurants in town. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!'

'Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN. We have pictures to prove that there is NO WAY that this owner had been at the house to clean it before we arrived which is unacceptable (ie. Expired milk in refrigerator, ashes near the fireplace, and ALOT of Dead flies and all other sorts of bugs were on the stove,...

'My family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. 'Every year we plan a trip to Ellicottville to get a few days of skiing in. This year we had a mixed group of families with kids ranging from 15 to 6. This house had the perfect set up with lots of sleeping options, common space, and plenty of fun for the kids between the games, PS3, pool table, pac man arcade, and campfire. 'Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating.
