Deze maisonnette ligt op een steenworp afstand van Center Street ~ de belangrijkste hub van Folly Beach, waar u alle lokale winkels, restaurants en bars kunt vinden! En niet te vergeten, het strand ligt op slechts 3 korte blokken afstand. Dit huis is net gerenoveerd met nieuwe verf, meubels en strandachtige inrichting !! Er zijn twee slaapkamers, een met een queensize bed en een met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Dit UPSTAIRS-apparaat kan comfortabel tot 5 personen slapen, omdat de bank naar voren schuift. Reist u met kinderen? Op verzoek zijn een wieg, kinderstoel en pack and play beschikbaar. Ook verkrijgbaar zijn outlet covers, tafel hoekbeschermers, kinder servies en kinderboeken en speelgoed. Sunny Side UP bevindt zich op de bovenste (2e) verdieping.

De open woonkamer en keuken is licht en ruim met een flatscreen-tv. Je zult dol zijn op de kleurrijke strandtinten en opvallende tropische elementen overal ... waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt op Folly!
Buiten kunt u ontspannen en genieten van een drankje op het dek. Geniet van de gemeenschappelijke binnenplaats met buitendouche. De tuin is omheind en de duplex is huisdiervriendelijk, dus neem je harige vriend mee !! Huisdieren zijn toegestaan tegen een toeslag voor huisdieren (per huisdier). Laat het ons weten als u met een huisdier reist. Een hondenmand of kattenspeelgoed kan op verzoek worden verstrekt.

Er is een gedeelde gestapelde wasmachine / droger aan de rechterkant van het gebouw. Er is een speciale parkeerplaats voor gasten van Sunny Side Down aan de overkant van Center Street !.
Sunny Side Down is zeer milieubewust en heeft daarom maatregelen genomen om deze woning zo groen mogelijk te maken. Het beschikt over zonnepanelen op het dak, alle LED-verlichting en gebruikt aardgas voor de boiler.

Location was perfect! Centralized to the beach and the restaurants/shops in Folly. VRBO was clean. There were some outlets that did not work and the address is not clearly visible on building, but overall it was a great experience!

Beautiful and cozy. Exactly what we needed as far as comfort and space. Very clean except for roach and roach remnants in a bowl in cabinet. Very convenient due to the short walk to beach and pier as well as surrounding restaurants.

Nice Property/Inconvenient Parking

We enjoyed staying in the property very much. The condo was a great size for our needs. The location was close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shops for us to walk to. The greatest difficulty was finding the location of the property because it was tucked behind another business with no street-side sign. Also, the biggest disappointment and the most frustrating part was that our parking space was across the street, down an alley behind a restaurant. This made unloading and loading our belongings very difficult and annoying. If we had known this part up front, we probably would not have booked this property even though the inside was comfy, clean, and a good size for us.

Nice Apartment in the Heart of Folly Beach

The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay.

Would Not Stay Here Again

The location and parking are abysmal. Though we liked being close to restaurants and the beach, the property is up an alley, through a small walkway, and in via a gate. The parking space is 1 1/2 blocks away; thus, loading and reloading baggage is extremely inconvenient. When we arrived, there was zero space by the property to quickly unload, so we had to carry our luggage, groceries, and beach supplies a long way. The pictures is the listing make the property look larger and cuter than it in fact is. We were very disappointed with the appearance and size when we walked in. The listing says there is a washer and dryer (and there is), but be warned that it’s located outside the house under a sad little awning. Plus, you have to share it with the other guests on the property, so you have to keep a close eye on your clothing. The single parking space is so tiny (both in terms of the space to park and the room behind to turn the vehicle around) that we found parking difficult. Even with one excellent driver, we ended up scraping our vehicle against the tall wooden 4x4 separating spaces. The kitchen is cramped. There are no mirrors besides the one in the bathroom. The air conditioning is pumped in via an auxiliary unit that stands on the floor of the main living area. The unit is a little larger than a small refrigerator. Overall, the air conditioning is inadequate; you must use the giant fans in the bedroom to be cool enough for sleep.

The only issue I really had with the property was that there was only a single mirror in the entire apartment, and it was in the bathroom so if someone was in there using the bathroom, others could not really get ready. It would have been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms, even just a mirror that hangs on the back of the door. Overall, we had a great trip at this location.

Great stay in Folly

18 and 19 year olds really enjoyed proximity to Charleston. Beach is nice. Not quite as much to do on folly for 18-20 year olds. More families and 21+. Really enjoyed the apartment! Felt safe, quiet and easy to get to beach and Charleston.

We had a girl's weekend at Folly Beach. The property was accurately described in the listing. The area where the property is located is in a busy section of Folly Beach and could be a bit noisy at times but is very conveniently located to the beach and to restaurants and shops.

Great Little Place!

Perfect location…easy walk to beach and right by great restaurants and shops. Was worried it would be load being right off the main drag, but it was not. A few tweaks would make it perfect…as other reviewers has stated, there needs to be more than one mirror that is located in the bathroom. Makes getting ready a challenge and there were only two of us. There are some super bright lights that stay on all night outside the bedroom window. The blinds don’t do a great job of blocking. I would recommend bringing sleep masks! The queen mattress was fine with just me in it, but with two people would be uncomfortable due to the indent in the middle. The washer and dryer is outside and shared with the other apartment, that was not in the description. Was not an issue for us, but may be to some. Other than that, it had all we needed! Had coffee on the porch each morning and it was perfect!

This cute property is right on Center Street, perfect if you don’t mind late night noise. The beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious, but the kitchen is pretty small. We loved having our fur baby with us.
