'Just when I thought it was going to be a good weekend, things went left. When I arrived at the property there was already a family in the home. Imagine the disappointment, it was my daughters birthday. The owner wouldn't answer the phone, but he would text. Soon that stopped and he only gave me a partial refund. I had to make a case with VRBO to get the rest of my money. Never again.'

'Enjoyed my vacation at the cottage,the neighborhood was very quiet!! We have no problems checking in when we arrived! It was supplied with all our needs for cooking. Didn’t eat out as much as we planned,because kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals!! It was such a pleasant experience,sit on deck in morning with my tea and in the evening also! 'Great 4 bedroom 3 bath home with updated kitchen. Beware that the stairs down to two of the bedrooms are steep, but they were fine for my 30 something kids. The only drawback was not enough seating in the living area for all 6 of us to hangout together.'

'Everything was amazing, you get exactly what you see in pictures, plenty of space, entire home clean, enough and extra sleeping space, along with great communication throughout our entire stay! You will not be disappointed in booking !'

Could use a little painting, but we were fine. we were there to enjoy family from England & Scotland, Braves, Coke Museum. Kitchen lights went out on Sunday, Todd made sure we had sufficient lighting. I highly recommend for family or group looking for a large den & private area to escape the crowd, having no carpet...

'We have never stayed in a better property. The home was pristinely maintained, gorgeously decorated, and was *THE* cleanest residence we have EVER had the privilege of inhabiting. The beds were more comfortable than any 5-star hotel we have ever booked. I wish that every “home away from home” was held to the same standard of this AMAZING property. 1 million stars. 'Close to everything we had planned while visiting Atlanta. Very quiet street. House was spacious for the 3 of us and our dog. House was clean on arrival and host was very responsive to emails. Would stay here again.'

'The property was refurbished. It is located in an area where they've begun some gentrification. This particular property is the last in the line of that effort however. The surrounding area is not appealing and reflects poorly on the work the owner has done to bring it current. Previous renters had also done some damage to it as well (broken door). The owner was easy to communicate with and gave thorough instructions. We were minutes from our venue (GWCC) which in Atlanta is golden. All in all...
