'The place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and welcoming when you arrive. All check in and out instructions were perfect. The location is amazing. The beach is literally across the street and it’s only a short walk to the pier and all the shops, rides and restaurants. The owner Emily is incredibly nice and helpful to work with. We had no issues our entire stay. We will definitely come back and stay again , hopefully very soon !'

'While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. Not t mention the sofa whose springs literally jump out to greet you when you sit on it. Which means that you lose 2/3 of available seating. This was incidentally brought up in 2022 by another guest. 'We have stayed at the Grand Victorian for summer vacation the last 12 or more years. The unit was clean and as advertised. 2nd floor on quieter side allows easy access to car/beach. Only small critique would be sparse linens and could not operate 1 TV in master room. Thank you!'

'The unit appears to be a freshly flipped property. The great thing about that is that it was immaculately clean with brand new appliances and lovely decor. Even the bedding appeared brand new. 'Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer...

'As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum.'
