Ideal for parents and visitors with just a few minutes walk to the center of campus, sports facilities, or nearby off-campus apartment complexes. Features a nicely apportioned kitchenette with fridge/freezer, glasstop cook stove, combination convection/microwave oven, coffee maker. 43" smart tv, queen bed, and pull-out sofa. Russ and Hillary were wonderful hosts. I could live in this space. Their daughter was the genius designer of the space. No expense was spared in this conversion. It was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. My husband was at an early music clinic all week at the University across the road. I sat on the deck in the glider working on a pineneedle basket. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again if in the area. There are gorgeous day trips in any direction.

Homecoming at WCU 2023

The cutest studio near campus!! The owners were very accommodating and nice. They greeted us upon arriving and were very good at responding on the app if we had any concerns or questions. The home was very clean and they even had little supplies/goodies throughout the home. The walk to campus was also very short and easy. Definitely will be staying again!!

Sweet Cozy Studio!

My husband and I stayed here for orientation weekend at WCU and we loved it. The rental was beautiful and comfortable.
