'We had a lovely few nights in this gem of a home. The house is lovely and well cared for, and the back yard was a quiet getaway from our busy trip attending our daughter's graduation from U or R and all the associated events. Thanks for a great stay!'

'This was the perfect spot. Walking distance to friendly restaurants. Close to golf courses and grocery. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Jed was very informative and had excellent communication before and during our stay. '

'Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!'

'Cute house with charming Christmas decorations in every room. That really made our stay feel special. I want to give 5 stars but the beds in our experience are much, much too firm. Three adults and two kids had a hard time getting a decent night's sleep during our three night stay unfortunately. I don't think I have ever slept on a foam mattress that was so firm. On a plus side, there were lots of games to keep us occupied between visits to the areas wonderful museums. '

'We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.'
