'在hills boutique度过了幸福的时光。交通很便利，附近有2个地铁站都是步行可达，距离静安寺商圈很近，美食店很多~ 房间我感觉住的很舒适（有淡淡的香气，房东应该是很有品味➕注重质量的人吧🥺）而且提供的洗护用品都很不错，staff很nice（在线上给我提供了很多有效信息和帮助） 装修也很有feel~~如果你和我一样也想深入感受上海老洋房style的，真的可以来体验一下OK？'

'Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. '

'It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.'

'The area around the property did not look good, but the property itself was very clean and nice. The staff were great and the food was even better. I did not like that they didn’t specify in their cite that their pool are is not finished and that construction is still ongoing.'

'The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi...

'Location is excellent right in a famous old street, very convenient for guests to experience different culture and go shopping. The host and staff are so nice to welcome guests and offer essential assistance and information. It makes the guests feel comfortable and relaxing during the stay. This is a home-like accommodation for tourists. It’s so lucky to me to choose the property for my rest place during my trip. No doubt, it will be my choice again if I have chance to come again.'
