Rustieke hut op de rand van Florida

Een charmante, rustieke hut met 12-voet plafonds; krijg de "blokhut" -ervaring met alle moderne voorzieningen, zoals een afgeschermde veranda met plafondventilator. Andere voorzieningen zijn een keuken, een badkamer, een televisie en een grote dvd-collectie voor die regenachtige middagen. Wandel over de natuurpaden of ontspan bij het openbare zwembad onder een van onze tiki-hutten. Vuurplaats beschikbaar voor 's avonds marshmallow braadstukken.

Very serene. Enjoyed watching the hang gliders. Very quiet evenings. 2 peacocks wandered by as we sat on the back screened porch. Huge oak trees. Short drive to LaBelle and Clewiston. Cabin is charming. Great place to relax and enjoy nature!

Great place to relax and spend time together

Me and my teenager daughter loved the cabin! Planed to the smallest details of the guest needs. Welcoming crew, who assisted in any problem we had. Communication was always quick and highly efficient. I'll remark the excellent arrival instructions.

Great Little Cabin

The cabin was very clean and cozy and the area around it is beautiful. The host was extremely nice and helped with all of our questions very quickly. There was even a mistake on my part on how long I thought I had booked the cabin and they were extremely accommodating and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place!

Exactly what we wanted!!!

Me and my daughter were looking for a relaxing place where we could start our vacation and share with our fury friends, this is exactly what we were looking for, cozy, clean, comfortable and with an open field, we even had the oportunity to see there tandem hand gliding. And to top it all off super attentive and communicating hosts. Thank you for making our stay what we hoped it would be!!!

Cute cabin with nice touches.

The cabin was larger than it looked in the photos online and cute in person. We had everything we needed including a nice entertainment setup. Comfortable couches. Location is private, on a paragliding runway. It was raining during our stay so noise was not an issue. Kitchen nice with everything we needed to cook dinner. Bathroom nicer and larger than expected. Friendly cat hung around right outside for most of the stay and a friendly dog on the last morning. Would book again.

Wonderful Getaway

The amazing feature of this property is how quiet it is; being away from the hustle and bustle allowed us to decompress and enjoy the near solitude of the cabin and surrounding area. Yet we were close enough to civilization to enjoy a nice meal and tour a museum. We'll definitely return and stay longer.

2nd visit to make up a weather postponed hang-gliding trip

Glad we found this gem. We initially booked a hang gliding trip that was postponed due to winds, so we decided to come back and stay another weekend. Hang gliding was less scary than initially thought (actually quite peaceful), but even if you dont do that, still a great place to stay. Very clean, great property, and a perfect relaxing get away.

My wife and i stayed at the cabin as we were in the area to explore the local rivers and creeks. The cabin and the property was easy to find, clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the seclusion and the grounds. Perfect spot to sit on the porch or tiki bar area to relax at the end of the day. We look forward to coming back.

Found on VBRO then saw associated Hang Gliding, we didn’t get to go up this trip due to weather but will definitely be back. Even if you don't hang glide, great location and property to ‘glamp’. Clean, relaxing and great location/ property. Cabin was comfortable and very nice as well.

We enjoyed our 3-day stay in the log cabin at The Florida Ridge. We love the outdoors and enjoyed the privacy of the setting. Everything was as stated in the description. Pleasant and restful

If you are wanting to stay in a nice comfortable place away from crowds, noise and traffic, this cabin may be just what you need. My husband and I stayed for a week with an elderly dog. It was perfect for us!
