De SASSY Studio ~ twee blokken van Texas A & M Campus!

De SASSY Studio is centraal gelegen op een steenworp afstand van Texas A & M. Op loopafstand van verschillende eetgelegenheden zoals Chili's, Torchys Taco, Laynes Chicken Fingers om er maar een paar te noemen. Een paar blokken verderop is Thomas Park, dat is mooi schaduwrijk met een joggingparcours, tennis-en basketbalvelden, openbaar zwembad geopend in de zomer en schommels.

Het pittige huisje ligt achter het hoofdhuis op het terrein. Tot enige tijd in oktober zijn er geen gemeenschappelijke ruimtes op het terrein. Zodra het hoofdgebouw is gerenoveerd, functioneert het ook als vakantieverhuur en kan dit apart of samen met het huisje worden gereserveerd. Zodra dit plaatsvindt, zijn de enige gedeelde gebieden tussen de twee de achtertuin, overdekte ruimte om pingpong te spelen tussen de twee huizen en de wasruimte. Het huisje en het hoofdgebouw hebben een eigen, aparte patio.

Lots of potential but needs work

The stay did not start of well as I had requested an early check in and upon arrival the loft was not clean. I contaced the property manager and someone was there to clean quickly so we left and planned to come back when they were done.When we came back the construction crew for the main house was parked in the driveway blocking our access. Again having to contact the manager and wait for them to move so we could access the property. MInd you, this was in the middle of a flooding rainstorm.Once inside the loft finally, it was found to be musty and dank. After trying to air it out with AC I was still getting a headache so we had

Canceled second booking

The place was cute and small. The bed and pillows are hard. The additional bedding had pillows without cases so unusable. The fan light combo was scary because it seemed to have an electrical issue. The pavers are uneven at the porch causing a small injury as there are no lights on at night and you step down into pavers with large gap. It clearly states access to washer dryer but there is none. Also no hot water in the shower! This was actually the worse vrbo stay I have ever had. The bright side is these should be easy to remedy and hopefully they do!

Very convenient to Weaving Conference

We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely.

COCKROACHES AND MOLD

The listing looks cute but dont be fooled!! It initially started when they sent me the wrong code to even get into the cottage. After that it was just all downhill! I walked in and immediately it smelled musky and wet. Well that's because there was mold all in the shower and the bathroom and on the walls! After that I also found a cockroaches on the walls as well! I slept terrible and now I am very sick because I'm extremely allergic to mold! I tried to reach out to the host about all of the issues and have yet to receive a response! I want a freaking refund for this absolute nightmare of a stay! But hey if you like cockroaches and mold then this is a place for you!
