'We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. 'The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. There were kayaks and a canoe to use. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed ourselves with those. Large lawn and firepit along with table. The kitchen...

'We enjoyed the pond, the house and the area very much. The owner is prompt with cummunications. The house is well equipped and the swimming and kayaking was definitely the highlight of our stay.'

'We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. It is located a short drive to North Conway which is what we wanted. There are many breweries and restaurants within a very easy drive. The only issue we were not thrilled with is you have to bring your own sheets and towels which we did not see mentioned in the original listing. Aside from this I highly recommend this home.'
